Laredo Heat are an American soccer team, founded in 2004. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and play in the Mid-South Division of the Southern Conference, against teams from Austin, Baton Rouge, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Jackson and New Orleans.

Laredo Heat plays its home games in the Texas A&M International University Soccer Complex in Laredo, Texas. The team's colors are red, black and white.
