Cyprus 'sFani Polymeri andGiannis Savvidakis singing "Apopse As Vrethume " and precedingGreece 'sMariana Efstratiou singing "To Dhiko Su Asteri "). The song received 47 points, placing 13th in a field of 22.The song was succeeded as Swiss representative at the 1990 contest by
