Jose Fedor Rey

Jose Fedor Rey alias Javier Delgado (dead in June 2002) he was a Colombian guerrilla. He was born in Cali, with unknown date. The Massacre of Tacueyó, Cauca

After the aim, Delgado empezo to work for the Cartel de Cali until its capture in 1995 and condemned to 19 years of prison by rebellion and the murders of the Massacre of Tacueyo, however, could not fulfill its sentence because in June of 2002 it is assassinated by a commando of the FARC.
