Mount Odem ( _he. הר אודם, "Har Odem", lit. "ruby mountain") is a part of an extinguished volcano in the north of the Golan Heights. The top of the mountain is 1100 meters above sea level.

The mountain is within the Odem forest reserve, between the Druze village Mas'ade in the north and kibbutz El Rom in the south. The origin of the name is the red volcano earth, as well the arabic name is Ras Al-Ahmr ( _ar. رأس الأحمر).

The mountain had two volcanos, one in the west, and one in the north.

The eastern slope is cultivated with grape vineyards.
