- George Christopher Clayton
Sir (George) Christopher Clayton (July 11, 1876 - July 28, 1945) was a British scientist, industrialist and Conservative politician.
Clayton was educated at

order in council to theBoard of Trade Advisory Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. He was President of theRoyal Institute of Chemistry from 1930 to 1933 and was knighted in 1933.
