1952 Vincent Black Lightning
- 1952 Vincent Black Lightning
1952 Vincent Black Lightning is a song by Richard Thompson and is the second most popular song he has written, after "Beeswing" according to a survey done for the Richard Thompson boxset RT.
It was originally recorded on the Rumor and Sigh album in 1991.
The song relates the relationship between Red Molly, James Adie, and the 1952 Vincent Black Lightning, a racing motorcycle of which only 27 were ever made.
