"Jack Of Diamonds" is the first single from Sonic Syndicate's third studio album "Love and Other Disasters". On June 27th the song was released to radio, the same day it was played live for the first time on the Metaltown Festival. The single was released as promo only.
"Jack Of Diamonds" was written by the two band members Richard and Roger Sjunnesson. Vocalist of Sonic Syndicate, Roland Johansson, stated that "Jack Of Diamonds" is the only track on the "Love and Other Disasters" album that somehow might sound like their second studio alum "Only Inhuman".
