The 2008-09 Speed Skating World Cup/World Cup 4 is a two-day event focusing on the shorter distances and will be held at the Jilin Provincial Speed Skating Rink in Changchun, China. From Saturday December 6 until Sunday December 7. It will be the first World Cup race at this rink which was also during the 2007 Asian Winter Games.
