Simon Basinger (born 1957) is a French musicologist and essayist.
Biography
Simon Basinger was born in
Oujda ,Morocco in 1957, in a family of musicians over three generations.He continued his music studies at the Conservatory of Nanterre, Versailles, then at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (Musicology) & writing. Meanwhile, he engages in the theater, being one of the assistants Pierre Debauche the Theatre des Amandiers in Nanterre (1974).
After studying literature and philosophy, he obtained a professorship of letters abandon it to bind the world of art. There devoted to writing a thesis (published [1] ) on the Kabuki and Noh theater (((guil |), an essay on
