Steffan Hill

Based in London from 1992 until he relocated to his home town of Belfast in 2007.

Steffan studied Documentary Photography at [http://www.coleggwent.ac.uk Newport College, Gwent] . [http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/community-telegraph/entertainment/arts/15-minutes-of-fame-exhibition-13890833.html] He distinguished himself by being the only person in his year to exhibit a solo exhibition of photographs at London's prestigious Photographers' Gallery. In 1997 he won an award for his outstanding shooting skills in Catterick, North Yorkshire.

He has contributed to a multitude of the national newspapers and magazine throughout the UK. Including working for publications like the Independent, Classic FM and The Daily Telegraph. [http://www.culturenorthernireland.org/article.aspx?art_id=117]

He now works for the family business Christopher Hill Photographic based in Belfast's city centre. They own the website [http://www.scenicireland.com Scenic Ireland] a photographic library which contains over 13,000 photographs of Irish Landscapes and cityscapes. His own website [http://www.steffanhill.com Steffan Hill Photographer] contains examples of the celebrity photographs he shot during his time in London.
