Generation Y , "Echo Boomers" andGeneration Z . It applies to people living in Western or First World cultures born between the approximate years of 1982 through the present. TheWii video game console has been a revolutionary step for technology and the impact of interactive computing cannot be overestimated. More fundimentally though, the "We..." generation describes a generation of unity, diversity and hope rather than a ominous alphabetic countdown.It's name represents a return to traditional American values, an appreciation of American history and ultimately "We.." as in: "We the people of these United States of America"
