Thomas J. Waite has been the CEO and President of [http://www.thomaswaite.com Waite Associates] since 2001. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President for the consulting firm [http://www.NEC.com Zefer (now part of NEC)] and before that Managing Director of Waite & Company, a firm he founded, grew and sold in 1995 to [http://www.NEC.com Zefer.] He pioneered the marketing of management consulting services, most notably while at [http://www.CSC.com CSC Index] where he lead the development and marketing of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reengineering] business reengineering concept, the marketing and practice of which quadrupled the firm's revenues between 1998 and 1995.
