K.C. Joseph is a writer from Los Angeles California who currently resides in Atlanta, GA. His genres of choice are Urban Fiction, Urban-Erotica and Suspense Thrillers. Growing up in Inglewood California, Joseph had an extremely diverse upbringing. He lived in a blood gang dominated neighborhood but rode the 210 bus on Crenshaw all the way to Venice Blvd daily to Loyola Jesuit College Preparatory High School. It was at this oasis in the hood that he first experienced the wealth and corruption of the Catholic Church. It was also here that he really learned what DuBois called the ways of white folks. Embraced by the minority black presence and befriended by the Malibu surfer cats and the Hancock Park richies he gravitated toward the arts. He was actively involved in the theatre during high school and at College in Berkeley California. After graduating, he studied for the priesthood for 12 years with an indigenous African religious organization based in New York after which he went on to a successful career as an engineer in the travel industry. Never one to stop evolving, Joseph began bestowing his artistic craft upon the world in 2006. He is author of two books and two screenplays. His first novel: Sinderella: Tales of a Southside Stripper [See: http://www.kcjoseph.net] is the first in a series of street burners about life in the gritty billion dollar Atlanta strip club industry. The book follows the life of LaShonda Booker, aka Sinderella and her homegirl Faithful as they go hard from the strip clubs and after-hours clubs in the A to the wild sex parties of San Francisco. K.C.'s latest screenplay: Stripped is a black horror film about four brothas who throw a party with some of the hottest strippers in Atlanta. But the party turns ugly and ends up in a bloodbath! He is currently in the early stages of pre-production on the movie.
