James T. Fulton

James T Fulton is a neuroscientist who has developed the Electrolytic Theory of the Neuron. He has extended that work to incorporate:
* the Electrolytic Theory of Vision [http://www.sightresearch.net Processes in Biological Vision] and
* the Electrolytic Theory of Hearing [http://www.hearingresearch.net Processes in Biological Hearing] .These theories have been detailed in two published books:
* Biological Vision: A 21st Century Tutorial (2004) Trafford, ISBN 141201917-6
* Hearing: A 21st Century Paradigm (2008) Trafford, ISBN 142516065-4

Before his retirement from the industrial community in 1989, he was an executive with Hughes Aircraft Company holding the positions of Vice President of Hughes Optical Products, Inc. and Assistant Division Manager of the Microelectronics Division of the parent company in Carlsbad, California.
