California Building Standards Commission

The California Building Standards Commission is a commission of the state of California in the United States responsible for building codes in the state. The commission is formally defined under the "California Building Standards Law", [California Health and Safety Code §18901] and operates under the auspices of the California State and Consumer Services Agency.
