The Forel ( _ru. Форель, _de. Forelle - Trout) was a midget submarine built for the Imperial Russian Navy by Krupp in Kiel, Germany. She was delivered to Russia in May 1904 as a gift fom the Krupp company after an order for 3 submarines for the Russian navy (Karp-type, basis for the German U-1) and later shipped to Vladivostok by rail at the time of the Russo-Japanese War. She was not successful and was decommissioned in 1911.
