Between Birth and Death is the second full-length studio album by alternative metal band Sunk Loto.

Released in 2003, it featured the singles "Everything Everyway" and "Starved", for which music videos were made.

Somewhat of a departure from their previous releases, 1999's Society Anxiety EP and 2000's Big Picture Lies, Between Birth and Death is far heavier than before and shows greater complexity in song structure.
