Satcom Direct

Satcom Direct is a company located in the United States that provides global satellite communications. The company is perhaps best known in providing global satellite communications to aeronautical users, business and general aviation, military, government, emergency response, media, and a growing list of others that demand reliable global communications. Satcom Direct was founded by Jim Jensen, its current CEO, in 1997. The headquarters of Satcom Direct is in Satellite Beach, Florida.

Satcom Direct also works closely with Iridium offering the equipment and airtime necessary to maintain communications for private aviation. Satcom Direct is the only provider of 10-digit dialing to multiple locations and systems onboard your aircraft. It was originally developed to simplify the process of reaching an aircraft and to eliminate the many variables associated with connecting to an Inmarsat terminal.
