Rabia Özden Kazan was born in
Malatya the 25th of June1976 . She started her career as a TV reporter in1996 with "Later hosting Istanbul", for "Turkish Flash Tv". Then she became ajournalist for Turkish newspaperOrtadoğu , where she stayed for six years. Meanwhile she became famous inTurkey through an important interview to theterrorist Mehmet Ali Ağca , who tried to killpope John Paul II . Then she founded the magazineHaber Revizyon and she is still editor-in-chief of that one. In2007 , she wrote a reportage on female condition inTehran , titled "Tahran Melekleri" ("Angels of Tehran"), where she talk abouttemporary marriage ("mut‘a"), too, that hides, often, a sort of legalprostitution . That work generated soon reactions inMiddle East and inTurkey .
