Loch is the surname of a Scottish lowland family whose members have included:

*James Loch (7 May 1780 – 28 June 1855) , a Scottish estate commissioner and later a Member of Parliament.
*Henry Loch, 1st Baron Loch GCMG, KCB 1827 – 20 June 1900, a Scottish soldier and colonial administrator
*George Loch, (1811 - 1887) a Member of Parliament.
