- William Beauclerk, 9th Duke of St Albans
William Aubrey de Vere Beauclerk, 9th Duke of St. Albans (March 24 1801 – May 27 1849) was the son of William Beauclerk, 8th Duke of St Albans.
He married, firstly, Harriet Mellon (11 November 1777-6 August 1837), on 16 June 1827 in London.
He married, secondly, Elizabeth Catherine Gubbins (c. 1818-2 December 1893 St Leonards-on-Sea), on 29 May 1839 in Harby. They had three children:
*William Ameleus Aubrey de Vere Beauclerk, 10th Duke of St Albans (1840–1898)
*Diana de Vere Beauclerk (10 December 1842-1 April 1905) married John Walter Huddleston and features in W P Frith's famous painting of the marriage of the Prince of Wales in 1863.
*Charlotte Beauclerk (1849–?)
