Gary O'Donoghue is an English journalist, currently working for the BBC.

Totally blind since childhood, O'Donoghue was educated in Worcestershire,citeweb|url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/ouch/closeup/13questions/gary_odonoghue.shtml|title=Ouch - interview with Gary O'Donoghue|publisher=BBC|date=2008-01-24|accessdate=2008-09-07] and played blind football for England. His first job was working for a braille production department, where he was asked to operate the photocopier.

O'Donoghue now works for BBC News, reporting across the mediums of radio, television and internet.
