Lee's Marketplace is a grocery store chain located in Northern Utah. It was founded by Lee and Shari Badger February 10, 1981. It currently has stores in Smithfield, UT, Logan, UT, and North Ogden, UT. The slogan of the company is "You've Got a Friend at Lee's!" Associated Food Stores is the supplier for this chain.

Smithfield

The Smithfield store was the first one opened in 1981. The 8,900 square foot store was bought from Jack and Bob Allsop. The store was named at that time Jack's Foodtown, and this name remained until 1994. In 1991, this store was remodeled and enlarged to 15,500 square feet. All departments were expanded and deli, video, and pharmacy departments were added. In October 1994, a new store was built across the street that was a 36,000 super store and it was renamed Lee's MarketPlace. The new store featured a made from scratch in-store bakery, a sit-down deli, floral shop, and an expanded produce department. The meat department included a butcher block and seafood section. In November of 2005, a remodel was completed which added 12,000 square feet. It now has a drive-up Pharmacy, America First Credit Union, FTD Full Service Floral, Charlie's Ice Cream and new natural and organic food sections.

Logan

The Logan store was added in 1999 on the north end of Logan. It is a 47,000 square foot store that includes a food court with a deli department, made from scratch-bakery, Charlie's Ice Cream, fresh meat and seafood section and the valleys finest produce department. North Ogden

The North Ogden store joined the chain in 2007. The store had existed since 1998 as Acres Market. Acres Market was extensively remodeled throughout 2007 and 2008 including new decore. The grocery department was expanded to include hundreds of natural and organic foods. The floral department and the deli seating area were also expanded. A branch of America First Credit Union is located inside.
