University Park Alliance

University Park Alliance was established in 2000 [http://www.upakron.com/news/press_releases/university_park_12_2001%20.doc] with the objective of revitalizing University Park, a 50-block area immediately surrounding The University of Akron, by facilitating significant new private real estate and business investment, and building community capacity through community engagement, applied research and volunteer projects.
