Raj Ballav Koirala (born August 31, 1982) is a Nepali film actor. He currently resides in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Raj Ballav Koirala began his career as a radio host on Pokhara FM in Nepal and received his Bachelors Degree in Film Studies at Tribhuwan University, Kathmandu. He has been featured in eight music videos including popular hits by Karna Das and Udesh Shrethsha. He starred in the Nepali feature film Parkhi Basen [ [http://www.kantipuronline.com/kolnews.php?&nid=156003 Parkhi Basen receives accolades] ] , which became the longest running film in Nepal's history after spending more than 100 days in the cinema.
