RAILMARK, the trademarked name of Railmark Holdings, Inc., is a rail industry holding company whose subsidiaries provide railroad services within four primary railroad business segments: Railroad Operations, Track Construction & Maintenance, Rail Freight Logistics and Rail Entertainment.

The Comnpany's industrial subsidiaries are Michigan Air-Line Railway Co., Railmark Track Works Inc. and Rail Freight Solutions Inc.. Railmark Transit Services Inc. serves the growing light rail and commuter rail industry. The primary railroad reporting marks for the Michigan Air-Line Railway Co. are MAL and the railroad's secondary marks are CRLE. The Company's private car marks are ABRX. Railmark's Rail Entertainment USA Inc. subsidiary provides rail entertainment experiences through its branded retail rail operations The Star Clipper Dinner Train, Steel Wheels Party Train and Pullman Palace Bed & Breakfast, along with a scenic railway operation located in Michigan. The Star Clipper Dinner Train is the first and oldest dinner train in the United States, dating back to early 1986.
