FLIP provides press representation for a wide range of clients, although their "bread and butter" accounts still seem to be rooted in the theatre. Still, the list is rich are plentiful enough that the company boasts a 5-Star client roster [http://www.flip-publicity.com/client_list.html] .

The company also publishes "The FLIPSTER® " [http://www.flip-publicity.com/flipster.html] , a popular e-zine full of rants, reviews, and recommendations with thousands of subscribers. "The FLIPSTER® " is (virtually) published bi-monthly (the issues are given blended names, resulting in issue dates such as Mapril and Jebruary).

FLIP Publicity & Promotions is located in Toronto’s funky Annex neighborhood and housed in cheerful offices featuring bright blue walls, fuzzy orange textiles and show tunes on the music system every Friday. Ms. Sager has created a unique family, collectively known as the FLIPsters. All employees of course automatically gain the moniker, but it is evidently a lifetime title, as many past employees and even fleeting contributors still proudly identify themselves as FLIPsters.
