Brian De La Puente (born 1985-05-13) is an American football guard for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. He originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent, from the University of California, Berkeley. He signed with the San Francisco 49ers and played the 2008 preseason on their team.

De La Puente was released by San Francisco on August 30, 2008. In order to sign Walden and De La Puente, the Chiefs released Tyron Brackenridge and Weston Dacus.
