CEM leases Cessna Grand Caravan, Cessna 404 Titan Ambassador, Beechcraft 1900C and 1900D aircraft, all but the Titan using Pratt and Whitney PT6A turboprop engines.

*On 2 May 2008 another CEM Air Beechcraft 1900, registered in Kenya flying from Wau to Juba, Sudan crashed near Rumbek killing all nineteen passengers and two crew. Among the passengers were two senior officials of the Sudan Peoples Liberation Army and their wives.
