Tobias Hainyeko constituency is a constituency in Katutura, Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia. The constituency was created from the eastern portion of Hakahana Constituency as part of renaming measures in 2003. The western portion was renamed Moses //Garoëb constituency.
