Early life
Fallaize was born in the Northamptonshire town of
Kettering, England . At the age of 4, he moved toGuernsey with his parents, where he attended St. Mary & St. Michael, and St. Sampsons schools. Fallaize had an interest in the arts from an early age, acting in school performances, and in later years moving onto the sound and lighting departments of various island-wide productions. During his school years he worked at the localBBC radio station "Radio Guernsey", local ILR station "104.7 Island FM", and also at "Channel Television". He finished secondary school and went straight into working full-time in the industry.Radio & Television Production
In 1998 he joined "Jubilee Radio" in
Guernsey as on-air personality, and before long, he was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of the station, which at the time made him the youngest member of the HBA ever to hold such a position. In 2001, he moved back toEngland , and went on to work for variousU.K. radio groups includingTindle Radio , G-Cap Media, theCapital Radio Group and the world renownedBBC , before successfully starting his own audio production company "Gene Fallaize Productions" in 2003. Also in 2003, he began working on afreelance basis at London-based television comapany "Rear Window Television". He was promoted to Engineering Support Manager, working on location across the globe alongside many British & International personalities such asDenise Van Outen ,Peter Andre ,Chris Tarrant ,Lucy Davis ,Katie Price ,Jasper Carrott ,Jamelia andEmma Bunton . In 2006 he moved mainly intofilm production , but made a partial return in his capacity as producer in 2007, when he was signed to the US television series "Star Child". He has also recently greenlit a new US reality TV show "Joe Jerk", scheduled for broadcast in 2009, which he is producing.Film Production
Fallaize was extremely interested in the film industry, and after producing radio for eight years and working in television, he made the decision to move in to film. In 2006 Gene Fallaize Productions expanded and formed "The GFP Group", consisting of "GFP" and its new
film production arm, "Cupsogue Pictures ". He assumed the role ofChief Executive , but also a secondary, and what he considers a primary role as aProducer .
Fallaize personally produces every film they are involved in, starting with the critically acclaimed Nick Love film "Outlaw" (2006) starring Sean Bean and Bob Hoskins, on which he was Executive Producer (finance). "Outlaw" entered the UK box office at Number 5 in its first week, and had it's DVD release onJuly 9 2007 . Fallaize was then appointed as Producer of "The Reunion" (2007), before being signed to the film and U.S. television series, "Star Child" (2008-?) written by Ernest Porter. Also in 2008, he produced feature adventure drama "Monkeyshine" (2008), which was filmed across theU.K. . Two days after "Monkeyshine" wrapped filming, Fallaize was back to work on the set of "Shattered Mind" (2008), which he produced with his younger brother Ben.
Current work includes the writing and producing of "Flight 800" (2011) - a high profile feature film based on theTWA Flight 800 disaster, and romantic comedy "Let's Just Do It" (2012). He is also in talks with Award Winning Director Jesse Johnson and best-selling author Lindy S. Hudis to co-produce some of their upcoming pictures. Fallaize is currently working on "The Summoning" (2009) inLos Angeles with Hollywood veteran Stephen Hudis. He is cocurrently producing J-horror "Kanashibari" (2010), with now-regular associatesJamie Rae andDaniel Anscombe . He is taking on other roles too in some of his upcoming films, such as writing three of the feature scripts, and he is slated to direct "Let's Just Do It" in 2012.New Hollywood
In 2006, Fallaize stated that he would fight to make
Hollywood easier to break into. As a result, he is known to produce films that have mainly unknown cast and/or crew, to promote his company's 'Fresh Talent' approach. In 2007, he started thefilm production companyconglomerate "Associated World Pictures" (AWP), designed to help assist and promote newfilm production companies in producing quality pictures. In 2009, the first "CP Film Awards" will take place, to recognise and reward the film industry's best up and coming talent.Personal life
Fallaize has one son named Peter Fallaize. He named his son Peter after his own grandfather, which is also his own middle name. He is based in
Los Angeles , but he spends lots of his spare time inNorthamptonshire , just north ofLondon ,England .

Fallaize was confirmed as a
Roman Catholic in 1996, but now refers to himself as 'semi-agnostic', having accepted the scientific facts, yet he still believes in a God of sorts.
