Pennelope Manriquez Jimenez (born July 26, 1978 in San Diego, California) is an American model and actress. She was "Playboy"s Playmate of the Month of March 2003 and has appeared in numerous "Playboy" videos. She is of Mexican heritage. [http://cyber.playboy.com/members/playmates/files/2003/03/] .

Prior to becoming a Playmate, Jimenez appeared in XFL "Cheerleader" commercials in 2000 along with Karen McDougal and Rachel Sterling. In her Playboy Cyber Club online chat in 2003, Jimenez credited McDougal for encouraging her to try out for "Playboy". Since her Playmate appearance, she has continued modeling and has appeared in other commercials, advertising campaigns and catalogs.

Jimenez appeared in the 2005 "Playmates at Play at the Playboy Mansion" swimsuit calendar as calendar girl of September.

She appeared in numerous ads for Jose Cuervo in 2006. As part of a promotional deal, the company held a contest in which the winner would go to the Midsummer Night's Dream party at the Playboy Mansion along with Jimenez.
