Harry Cruickshank Harley (born 4 June 1926 at Toronto, Ontario) was a Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a physician by career.

He was first elected at the Halton riding in the 1962 general election, then re-elected there in 1963 and 1965. After completing his term in the 27th Canadian Parliament in 1968, Harley left federal politics and did not seek further re-election.
