*Bobber lip - bruised and swollen lip
*Bulhorns - snails
*Buster - someone full of fun and mischief
*Cakey - soft, feeble minded
*Catchpit - a place in the home where everything is dropped
*Chacking - thirsty
*Chacks - cheeks
*Clip - sharp in speaking, curt, having taken offence
*Crowst - a mid-morning break for a snack (crib)
*Dishwasher - water-wagtail
*Dreckley - soon, but not necessarily immediately - like "manana" - but less urgent

*Mazed - mad, angry
*Milky-dashels - leaves and roots of dandelions

*Pisky - pixie
*Planching - a wooden or planked floor
*Proper - satisfactory
*Roar - weep loudly
*Scat - to hit or break
*Squall - to cry
*Squallass - crybaby
*Steeved - frozen
*Teasy - bad-tempered

*Zam-zoodled - half cooked or over cooked
