awards =Hermogenes Edejer Ebdane, Jr. (born 30 December 1948) is a Filipino politician and retired General. He is the current Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways since 4 July 2007, his second appointment to the post.
He was a member of the
Philippine Military Academy class of 1970, and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from theMapúa Institute of Technology .Career
Ebdane was the 10th Chief of the
