Good bacteria

Good bacteria is a phrase generally used by manufacturers of food supplements, especially probiotics and prebiotics to market their products. The products either contain one or more strains of bacteria that are supposedly improving your health (probiotics) or stimulate the normal gut flora (prebiotics).
