West Hoathly is a village and civil parish in the Mid Sussex District of West Sussex, England, located 6 kilometres (3½ miles) south west of East Grinstead. The parish has a land area of 2139.0 hectares (5286 acres). In the 2001 census 2121 people lived in 813 households, of whom 1150 were economically active.

The anglican parish church of Norman origin is dedicated to Margaret of Antiochref|church. West Hoathly Church of England School is the main primary school in the village.
