Vicente Y. Emano

Vicente Yap Emano (born March 31, 1941) is a Filipino Politician, he is the former mayor and currently the Vice mayor of the city of Cagayan de Oro who served from 1998 to 2007.He formerly served as mayor of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental from 1980 to 1983 and Governor of the said province from 1986 to 1995. His son is the current representative of the 1st district of Misamis Oriental
