Brookshire Brothers Grocery is a supermarket retailer founded in 1921 (and still headquartered) in Lufkin, Texas.

Brookshire Brothers operates 70 stores under the names Brookshire Brothers and B&B Foods, and seven stand-alone pharmacies in a market area covering east Texas and Louisiana.

Pronounced [Brook-sure] Another East Texas grocery chain, Brookshire's, was originally part of Brookshire Brothers. The companies split in 1937, when Wood T. Brookshire took control of the Tyler-area stores in exchange for his share in the Brookshire Brothers partnership.
