Eugene Francis Savage (1883-1978) was an American sculptor. He is best known for the Bailey Fountain in Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn, New York. Among his other works are bronze portraits of Theodore Roosevelt and of M. M. Mille, both in The Palm Springs Desert Museum in Palm Springs, California.
