"Felons and Revolutionaries" is the debut album by nu metal rock band, Dope. Released in 1999 on Epic Records. It was re-released on July 18, 2000 with "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" (the band's track from the "American Psycho" soundtrack) as a bonus track.

The track listing on the back cover does not show the "Fuck tha Police" song as existing on the record. This is most likely due to a typographical error or they ran out of room due to the artwork. It is like this on the original issue and the re-issue.
