Geology of the Philippines

Philippine Geology is a verified and fortified research. The Philippine Sierra Madre Mountains are made the uplifting of the Philippine and Eurasian Plates. The Cordillera Mountains are created by the sliding of the Philippine Plate under the Eurasian Plate. Mount Apo, a dormant volcano, is Philippines' highest peak and is a flat-peakked volcano that is very similar to Mount Fuji in Japan.
