HMS Cormorant (1877)

HMS "Cormorant" was a 1,130 ton displacement "Osprey"-class, 6-gun, sloop launched at Chatham on 12 September 1877. With 950 hp, it was capable of 11.3 knots. "Cormorant" later became a receiving ship at Gibraltar and was scrapped in 1949.
