We hold competitions on the Health Dance each year. There is also a Health Dance Performance in sports game annually.::

History

:Da-cheng Junior High School was established in 1980. The school is located at Bade City, Taoyuan County, near Taoyuan International Airport, about two kilometers from the Bade Interchange of express highway No.2. There are sixty-six mixed-level classes(7th grade: 21 classes; 8th grade: 22 classes; 9th grade:23 classes), two sports classes, three talented music classes, two resources classes and three night classes. The enrollment is approximately 2,500 students; most students come from middle-class families while a few come from cultural disadvantage ones. In addition to regular learning areas including language, math, natural science, social studies, humanity and arts, health and physical education and integrative activities, the school has a special emphasis on the programs such as, Chinese orchestra, brass band, and string orchestra. Many championships have been won in the competitions related to the performances mentioned above. In order to make cultural exchanges, school bands often give performances at home and abroad.:The school would like to make cultural exchange through Internet, and seek approval for all possible mutual visiting
