Ansis Brūns

Ansis Brūns (born 30 March 1989 in Ventspils) is a Latvian javelin thrower.

His current personal best throw is 75.31m, which he achieved at the 2008 World Junior Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Throwing that far, he earned bronze medal.

Not always Ansis has competed in javelin. Earlier, in his youth years he usually competed in decathlon.
