Sonopuncture

Sonopuncture

Sonopuncture is a stimulation of the body similar to acupuncture, carried out by using a narrow, cylindrical high frequency beam of sound instead of needles. Most effective are high frequency sound waves of 750 to 1,000 kHz. [cite web|url=http://www.drmanik.com/chap8.htm|title=Sonopuncture - Curing with Ultrasound|publisher=Dr. Manik G. Hiranandani]
