Milejów [miˈlɛjuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ostrówek, within Wieluń County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Ostrówek, 16 km (10 mi) north of Wieluń, and 77 km (48 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
