Elmer Hall

Elmer Hall

Elmer S. Hall was a politician from the U.S. state of Wisconsin. He served as that state's twenty-first Secretary of State, serving one term from January 3, 1921 to January 1, 1923. He was a Republican and served under Governor John J. Blaine.

He resided in Green Bay, Wisconsin at the time of his election.
