Project overview

The Abraj Al Lulu the largest residential project which is now under construction in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The entire project consists of three large towers, of which two of them is 50-storeys in height and one is 40. The three towers ("Gold Pearl", "Silver Pearl" and the "Black Pearl") are located next to the King Faisal Highway, which is close to popular landmarks such as the Pearl Roundabout, NBB Tower, Bahrain WTC and the Bahrain Financial Harbor. The entire project covers a land area of over convert|250000|sqft|m2|0.

Architecture and design

Abraj Al Lulu is being constructed by the "Al Hamad Contracting Company", following the architectural designs plotted out by the following three architects:
# Jafar Tukan, who is the winner of the "Aga Khan Award for Architecture" in 2001.
# Cowi Al Moayed
# Habib Mudara

The complex will be able to accommodate over 1,100 cars in its four-storey parking lot, and consists of over 860 state-of-the-art apartments of 1-to-3 bedrooms. The skyscrapers of "Abraj Al Lulu" is one of the many tall scyscrapers of the Manama skyline.
