(1988)"A Shout Toward Noon" is a 1986 album by guitarist
Leo Kottke . It is his first recording on thePrivate Music label after a 3 year sabatical, largely due to a difficulttendinitis injury in his hand. Due to the injury, Kottke left the steel fingerpicks that helped define his early style behind, and came back with a new sound.Prior to this release, Kottke composed and recorded the soundtrack for the 1985
